There was a transaction on 10th July where just over 25 million shares changed hand. I thought there is a NZD rule that a movement of greater than 1% in shareholdings need to be announced to the market.
It's been over a month since that transaction took place, why have they not informed the shareholders? So I do believe the board is withholding information.
