The Deloitte Corporate Finance IER was released today as part of the larger Merger Scheme Booklet (but after ASX close).
Look under ARQ symbol for full copy of Document.
A snap shot of the BMG valuation, from the Deloitte IER follows (all numbers on a 100% basis):
Low valuation: $1.1 billion
High valuation: $1.23 billion
