One would think there's nothing detrimental that could leak prior to the yearly and AGM.

It would only take one large holder to decide "the market looks toppy - let's reduce our holdings by 10M" and this would be the result.

Who knows really. Might explain the little intraday spike y/day but overall low vwap. Maybe someone wanted to create a bit of share price strength before their dump. Again, all i really know is that my portfolio is down big time today.
