There are many things that could have an effect;

1. Failure of the CNR North Sea contract and company slow to advise same.

2. Failure of due diligence or improper pre investigation pre offer of the STS acquisition resulting in activation of the share prices and then subsequent backing out of the deal.

3. Failure to execute the acquisition of the Singapore Core IRM acquisition and subsequent backing out of the deal.

4. Cash flow, EBIT, revenue decreases due to a tight market over the last quarter and failure to meet published budget forecasts.
