Everything in the report has been known for at least 1 month now. so nothing new there. But the company is now fully ramped up now production wise now. so capital costs will decrease. The sums are simple produce 55 million pounds cash cost $5.00 per pound sell at $7.50 per pound equals 137 million profit more that enough to pay off the loans. current nickel prices are 90 cents off this. but they have enough cash on hand plus recievables to more than last out another year if nickel stays low. but if they hit there production forecasts and nickel continues to rise they will be more than profitable. I also note they only got $2.99 per pound for copper last quarter as well.
