Not a direct comparison...but...
Current activity in LEG reminds me of two other Aussie gold producers in their early days...RSG & KCN.
I remember RSG in particular; it was languishing in the 50's, after having just rallied from the mid 30's...and every new rally was being heavliy sold into. Just like LEG today, at that time RSG had about a 500K resource...and the market was concerned about resource size and "longevity".
Similarly, back in early 2001, KCN was range trading between 70c-80c...they too were sitting on about 500K ounces...and once again, it was being held back due to the market's concern about resource size and "longevity".
As I see it, the Key to LEG's future is in proving up more reserves, firstly in order to improve their "longevity"...and secondly, to increase annual production.
Given their short time at Gidgee, one would have to concede they are well on the way to doing both!
Cheers!
