Early iCobalt Clarification Required, page-67

I'm not participating in the iCobalt IPO, already invested the funds I had set aside elsewhere. If I do want iCobalt shares in the future I'm dead certain I can pick them up cheaper than the IPO price. Can't see iCobalt getting together funds for processing facilities when there's already a mill and refinery at the same location belonging to FCC, the major landholder in Cobalt. An eventual merger with, or takeover by FCC for these cobalt assets is a logical conclusion. A second mill and refinery is unlikely in the immediate vicinity , they're expensive and require permits
