My take was that Aurora was struggling across the board and being a major shareholder in Cann, the board made the call to stagger construction while Aurora sorted its out it’s own backyard. Also the fact that finance hadn’t been secured by Cann would have led to the decision. The board isn’t going to admit that they’ve made a hash of getting a loan in an announcement...
The findings of the aus govt inquiry in feb will free up accessibility here in aus and lead to better revenues. Cann is well placed to take advantage of this. Finance will get secured and increased receipts in the quarterly is why the share price is going up. But that’s IMHO...DYOR yadayadayada
