Its entirely up to the sharehoders. We have a clasic battle between good and evil. But I feel that what is good for the shareholder (& profits) is not good for the existing board, nor for the company status in the medium turn. It could be termed as a major opotunistic _UNTS ACT to come in at the last moment, sneakaly and try to over through the existing board. I rather see it as astute, sharp business. I think Clarkie's done his home work and is narrowly working within the law.

I also think that the combined wisdom (greed) of RRL shareholders should have the numbers to defeat the board. I've done my bit. I know of fellow friends that are less greedy and more moral than me, still support the current board, but they agree with me, the $P and the project has a better chance of success, without the existing board. I've lost too much money, following my heart, sentimentally, ideologically, loyaly lo$ing money i$ not for me, not any more.
