That insto who bought the substantial stake from the Melrose holding has quickly decided to bolt for the door as soon as the shares came out of suspension. Sold off 1.1 mil on the first two days, now they don't have to report what they are doing but you can bet they will be selling off the remaining 5 mil they hold before the appeal happens. Bought 6.1 mil shares for 16c and are having to offload it for about 7c just 2 months later. I bet they have quite a few unhappy stakeholders!
