ii)companies with low gearing

As well as a general weakness in commodities, Intec needs to raise a large amount of finance, and their balance sheet isn't that strong. In 2008, when the plant is ready to go, cash flows will be a lot stronger, so with all the uncertainty, there are probably better places for cash until later in the year when their tech is coming on line...
