My understanding is the Chinese are still having quality problems, and their batteries still have the unfortunate tendency to explode or cause fires.

There are pushbacks within China on environmental costs which may be relevant to processing lepidolite ores. Also it doesn't explain the intense interest of the Chinese for pegmatite-based Li. I'm not the only ones who think the Chinese are manipulating the Li price.

A world class pegmatite-based Li resource is just that.
2 years is my understanding before the Li price starts really taking off mainly because of the demand side being so colossal and manufacturing gearing up.
We're talking about ending the dominance of the internal combustion engine, it's such a colossal shift I don't think the market is really taking it in fully. It is however a shadowy, complex and fascinating situation.

And I'd still like to know why Lowry wasn't picked up to broker advance sales of Li for AZS but never mind.
Because nobody knows everything. Even Einstein refused to believe his theories made black holes inevitable. He was wrong.
