Forgot to add on the macro situation:
if Biden via Blinken manages to nail a trade deal with the Chinese that carves up EVs and superconductor microchips then he has got himself in a winning position for the election because he's got a positive narrative abut the future and not something that Trump can do better on.
I think it's more than possible.
Bullish for Li.
Trump has no idea about EVs he's just negative and scared.
