Early winter for the north

Might start to see a halt to the decline in oil prices soon if the weather in US is any thing to gauge the coming winter.

Also interesting reading regarding China's oil reserve's, in short China holds 150 mil barrels of oil, which equates to 9 days of reserves. This is supposedly well short of the 90 days of reserves recommended by the IEA. Estimated to be 540-600m.
