You are on the right track there sf120, but for the sake of being pedantic, no one is taking AVZ to court, whether this be arbitration or otherwise.

The Paris arbitration announced by AVZ was a request by Zijin, who are just really grasping at straws big time as they certainly already worked out (thanks the IGF report) that they were in trouble. Zijin are smoked and will likely not only lose on their fraudulent claim to owning a percentage of Dathcom (and lose there bribes), but will suffer significant fallout in other associated projects in the DRC and elsewhere.

Be interesting to see if AVZ are able to compile what will be a very detailed announcement and supporting information prior to the 1st of July, reasonable chance I'd say.
