i think we get hung up on the word "court"

I see the ICC as a court of arbitration. Hence taken to court.

But i believe you find the distinguishing between court and arbitration important. I would like to understand why?

I expect lawyers are involved in both. I expect the losing side may be liable for the winning sides legal fees? I expect the outcome is the end of legal battles around ownership and is in effect reversing sovereign discounts on AVZ as well as adding 15% extra value if in fact we have secured anther 15%.

Dont disagree, but interested why the importance in distinguishing this...
