They collect for athletes and paras; stay at a fancy golf resort, and party.
Some older people get concerned and hand over a donation just to get away.
For the "workers or beggars" it's a great holiday in a luxury resort, all meals and on full pay.
I asked if they were uni students, but an older man said to me to move on.
