Had a friend who worked in a clerical position for a while in a charity many years ago, her estimate was that 90% went on admin. Any money that made it thru to the cause seemed almost an accident.

Has to go to equipment
unspent anyway.

Red Cross, Salvos, Vinnies
all dubious.

Keep your money to spend in fire area.
