Sounds like a theme that was promoted on the SH Novo blog for a while.
The current SP shake-out will not have moved the big holders such as DL, etc.
Most have worked out that it looked like a managed one to get the 'weak hands' to sell.

I view the ARV tour by DL et al is not only to promote ARV but that he can lead ARV to more than the gold pot (a previous poster mentioned that DL advised Ed Mead to also mention the Cobalt, etc).
ARV is more than just the conglom for Gold although it has been driving the SP.

As you mentioned, the potential suitors for a buyout want the native titled lands which Novo currently does not have. If a party had the only one parcel of land with all approvals in place and are finding gold, would that party sell for 75cents (with a current SP of 40cents-ish), given drill /trench results are due within a month or 2?
Perhaps you can elaborate on your buyout price of 75cents for all here. GLTA
