It learns. It is hardware based not software. Go through all the info brainchip have released. They are bringing there own board of directors from the field that have a lot of experience. The inventor has been working on this for 10 years patented in 2008. Has sold out an invention to iss now ibm use his program. btw this program is still used today more then 10 years old. Why sell something that could be a break through tech would you just give it away for a small price when it could be worth a lot more.
