After The Asx release about 10 times l have come to realize how could a company that was once worth $468
million write such a poorly written asx release, they must have known expansion would have impacted on earning with traning and setting up of new office would impact on earnings. If released earlier and been upfront with the market that expansion would have short term effect on earnings but would reap benefits in a given time frame the market could have excepted it and probably written down a little nothing like today. Sometimes l think some CEO's belive themselves to own
the company and forget they have a ethical and responsability to keep everyone informed and not dump
stuff like this on the market.
Has CCP been oversold by the reaction of the amount of buyers jumping in l would say yes, when you look at
the P/E with the revised earning of 11 and projected earnings per share of 45 cents. So the dividend will be
the same as this years of 23 cents fully franked a return 4.3 and 7.5 unfranked.
l know a lot have called for this to go lower but do you really think that it would have dropped so much on a day if the market was up 1% not down 3% no way.
So l think there is a very good posibility of a bounce and some quick money to be made.
