naira, suggest you research the CST patents in depth as that is completely incorrect according to what I have discovered.
roboshan, the company has indicated they would like to pay dividends that are fully franked. My rough estimate is that their 2008/9 NPAT result could very well be in excess of $10 to $12 million with little or no tax payable due to carry forward losses. This would bulk up the bank account to $25 million+ (with NIL borrowings) although the directors have hinted they could have their eye on a small aquisition.
Thus the 2009/10 year most likely will be a full tax paying year with profits which will very much surprise the market, thus a bucketload of cash and plenty of franking credits available and a very welcome dividend.
Although maybe a small share buy back mid next year would not be a bad idea also?
But what do I know?, I'm just a back country bogan.
regards, EB
