OZL have been dark on me for a while.

I did get a reply today to some questions and i post FYI

1. Is Barry Cusack retiring at the coming AGM (context here is mistakenly i thought OZL had a november AGM like most of my other stocks)?

Barry Cusack has indicated that he would step down once a new managing director had been appointed and the company had successfully transitioned to its new form. The exact date was not set but it is intended to be prior to the 2010 AGM.

2. Assuming say the next stage of PH will need $200M to develop and this will be mainly in AU$, where will this money come from ? A draw down of the US$ holdings ?

While that is yet to be confirmed with the results of the full feasibility study in the first quarter of 2010, the next stage of Prominent Hill development would likely be funded from internal cash flows and cash reserves

3. Was Andrew Coles the CFO during the August to Nov 2008 period ?

Andrew Coles was not CFO during the Aug to Nov 2008 period

4. Is OZL view not to pay dividends for the foreseeable future ?

OZ Minerals' Board will make any decisions on future dividend payments. Incidentally, the company was unable to pay dividends at the half year due to negative retained earnings
