No one except Rfg and the banks know what the terms of the loan are there are still possible issues that may arise
1) most of the value of rfg is good will so if profits go down then the value of the business would go down
2) rfg still have to add the shop leases to there balance sheet as noted in rfg last financials they haven’t decided how they will do this
All of this may affect there interest on loans
