Down trend continues on chart. Still unsure if basing as a long term view shows it could still continue on the down.
On fundamental side curious how earnings potential will fare going forward. The civic heart project should be under redesign and obviously the profit will be reduced given the issues revamping design to meet over zealous locals over height. But confirmation of it going forward would provide some earnings certainty.
Depsite the water table issue noted in south perth they launched riva alongside the existing harper terrace development. Name eludes me.
Only been a few weeks but newspaper ads show 40% sold. Would be keenly watching if this crosses past 50-60% in months ahead. Perhaps south perth is still hot in demand. I would assume a positive for future pipeline. I would imagine some of the other leederville and west perth projects struggling. Not sure how the rivervale projects are selling. I dont think supply would be as constricted there than south perth so assuming demand has plenty of options and competitors.
