If you look through the threads the reason why the CEO has gotten rid of his shares has been outlined many, many times before. As for the reason why they had all these companies on their list of partners is because they had worked with them previously (i.e they are a gold partner with Microsoft), however they are now focusing on their work with their largest client, GM.
