A 3 year contract comiittment is a pretty big deal in with software. CXZ would be given ampl time to understand and embedded into the GM network/systems. Unless they are totally incompetent why would any company not renew after such a large commitment. Sales guys would be hammering the phones to prospect on the GM deal.
