Great post. I think the diagram above is a good way to depict the relationships that CXZ has built and developed. To say that CXZ only has a contract with GM which is due to expire in one year, and leave it at that would be an oversimplification of the situation and it ignores how embedded CXZ is in the brands under GM already. There's a working relationship and why fix what ain't broke and is actually working well.
There's still lots of work to do - namely, the hiring a permanent CEO and from there we might start to see what the growth strategy look likes.
