I believe he means that he would like to see comparisons of PE ratios to other companies whose main source of revenue is through SAAS and not scalable.
I can tell you that I have scanned the ASX thoroughly to look for shares based on a wide range of strong fundamentals, including PE ratio.
I have found only a handful of companies that present such clear and present value, with strong opportunity for growth.
