The affiliation between Lucerne and Nania was the problem... Lucerne bailing probably wouldn't have been received as poorly had Nania not been affiliated with the fund (As a director). The stock is now trading lower than it was prior to posting a breakout year... So regardless of whether they were entitled to take their profits off the table - it should have been done a lot more considerately. One of the dumps was about 30m shares in one hit at 2.3c which wiped it down to 2.1c if you recall - just like that. Ohh just a reminder, this was after Nania apparently mentioned that no more selling would occur - one or two days later - the whole position was closed.. C'mon man..
I hold because I believe the business will come good in due course and I am not going to sell at a loss. Once all this water passes under the bridge and dust settles - traction should retake, the business is already good which is why I bought in but now time frames have been pushed out considerably a from a 6-9 month hold to a 18-24 month hold thanks to a poorly orchestrated exit..
