"Without reason" - again, there was a reason, please go back and have a read of others post...or even do some research into Lucerne and them closing the fund that held CXZ.
As always, there is inherent risk when investing. If you think the risk is worth while invest. If not dont. But don't post saying "CEO exited without reason"...interim CEO, and with a reason.
