Did the directors ever give an explanation of the share sales during in the second half of 2019? Surely Lucerne closing their fund doesn't explain the Chairman Caruso's share sales, nor Aaryn's 2019 share sales.
(Still watching CXZ from the sidelines for now - waiting for next quarterly to get an idea of revenue impacts of downturn before deciding to invest or not)
