This will rise. The timeframe is just extended. It may be in 1 month or 3 months or more, but it will go up. (Assuming FA, Revenue continues to hold up, the contract with Gm is strengthened). There is no reason why Gm will not continue, there has been a huge investment in this, it will keep going.
We do need a CEO ASAP and/or some new contracts to give it a kick. W/o a leader though new announcements are few and far between. If you look at the history, there has been little to no announcements since Guy left in May (other than the obligatory/mandatory stuff).
It seems to be in a holding pattern at the moment and will probably trade around the 2 zone for a while. But the numbers are there, the FA is there, it should go, it is just when.
Today it was down 0.002, this may be nothing in a month.
