Exactly. really hard (no not really hard, impossible) to know motives for selling (accumulation for more, locking in profits from a long time ago/whatever). If you start thinking that, you associate all sorts of weird, sinister motives to sellers and "think I should get out too!"
So just stick to the Fundamentals and what we can know and as Oscar says above "sit tight, sit right"
