Earnings increasing & multiples expanding (Re-rate commencing), page-656

I'll remain in, the fundamentals are too strong and this stock is well undervalued which will win in the end, not too many companies with a market cap this low and is actually profitable. If you are a trader and not an investor I understand the sell sentiment, there were some unrealistic expectations for short term 100% gains posted here in days. However I do agree that management are terrible. The quicker they get an experienced CEO the better. An update to market wouldn't hurt either after all the volatility they have caused that could have been easily avoided.
