Conflict of interest with his previous involvement in Lucerne investment fund. He had to manage Lucerne fund and make decision in the interests of those in the Lucenre fund, whilst being a director on the board at CXZ.
I know where my interests would lie, if I founded an investment firm it owed have been weighted with Lucerne.
Now he is moving to being divested from Lucerne interests, he can focus on CXZ. Skin in the game for CXZ would be great. Would be good sign, if he himself got some shares in CXZ now.
