Directors or related partys can't sell shares unless the market is fully up to date, that's why they waited till the annual report to sell out... Anything "material" should be known to the market or the directors should be "blocked out" from trading this isn't slap on wrist type stuff!!!
if you have such serious concerns about the company chris no matter how unfounded they are, then your sentiments shouldn't be buy/hold...
