not a good prelim report
if earnings for 09 fall to say 5ps from 7ps in 08 then although PE is still very low, div yield now 3.3 on 09 div of 1ps, 6.6 if div 2ps for year and div yield 3 if div 3ps for 09; so whatever the pe ratio this stock price will have to remain at present levels until green trains is sorted or that div is raised to 3+ ps?
