I'd go on by the company's annual report. Those Commsec information pages are often very inaccurate, and the ASX data isn't too reliable either. I'm not sure how they're calculated, but I haven't found them to be worth using. It could be due to the timing of calculation. The Commsec figure is extremely high for example, so it may have included the sale of an asset as regular income. A company like SEA which is highly prone to purchasing, establishing and then selling assets is very difficult to evaluate in terms of EPS; the nature of what it does makes this figure bounce all over the place.
