operating cash flow is +$500k for quarter, even if you times this by 4 this will not equate to profit

cash flow does not equal profit as there are many non csh items, depreciation, amortisation of any intellectual property etc

in many ways cash is more important than an accounting profit and it is encouraging to be cash flow positive but you would need to see a couple of quarters and look at the trend before making any full year profit predictions.
