I’m pretty sure Tom has said in last update and also previously that June 30th was when they were aiming for (as appose to taking standard 2-3 years).
from there external party to review and then hand validation by CBI by November December
they’re expectation is that if they have done everything as planned and no AML or CTF issues were found (they were not discovered) + they have implemented the new governance structure & board including new technology for AML then they expect this to be resolved a lot earlier.
would be good for the CBI to have a poster child so they can refer to re process, remediation and outcome
share price is a shambles and I wish the directors would do some buying or the company would use some of the $100m balance sheet and buy back some stock!
