You just took the aisc as a basis which is fully wrong. I think the most here therefore calculate wrong numbers..
Please make the calculation also with the overhead costs of ~3mn, interests of ~20mn to get the netcash and for the ebt please add the depreciation of also 18mn...
And than you can come back with your mc..
But if your "breakeven' already include these costs its also far away of a cautious calculation.
Instead of that take 'breakeven costs' of 2.40/2.20 and you should be more accurate.
