Perhaps naive of me but I think we are past the 'technical" hurdles and the wider risk is around governance, customer adoption and timing to scale up.

I can't see Fred tipping in 400k US if they weren't pretty well advanced. Working on that assumption what does the first customer look like?

I would think management want to sell this thing for a Monty so they will need revenue and a level of track record & history to max out top dollar.

Looking forward to June/July for a public demo and to see the effect on the SP.

In my novice experience they will need a power of cash and time to achieve the above.
