IMO FB has set and led the direction of the business in terms of the eventual outcome and in the ultimate best interests of the shareholders - even if they do not like it at the time. A cynic would say that is because he is the largest shareholder. A realist would say, well what is good for FB as the largest shareholder is equally good for all shareholders, so he is doing us all a great favour.
