    No, China is not a biggest IC producer. Korea and Taiwan is. China is a smalll potato in IC industry.

    The exiting china IC Fab is all set up by Taiwanese. Now it is impossible because Bayden sanction.

    China is a baby in semiconductor industry. Bayden sancttion China. China has no machine to produce IC. It will make China weaker and weaker.

    All the westen capital are run out from chima now.
