Last time I looked Fred Bart was the largest AKP shareholder. It makes no sense that Fred would seek to destroy any value in the AKP shares. In fact quite the opposite scenario is the commercial result I expect to see delivered with Fred possibly becoming one of Australia's richest businessmen off the back of AKP success.
As far as underhand deals are concerned which seems to be your suggestion why would Fred risk spending the rest of his time behind bars and unable to enjoy the immense wealth he will have created from a successful AKP developed range of MEMS? My view is you have possibly made a libellous statement which should be removed from HC immediately.
