Looks like they are ready to pump out 10m chips in terms of packaging. I think people need to understand this is separate from statements of the wafers being produced at 3 facilities, one 6inch and 2 8 inch.

This could mean that moving forward EM could be producing wafers and others are assisting in the packaging outside of china
