    askari, a 30 mill micro, just received 2.5mill from huayou, an 18bill Chinese company.

    they committed to the funds in march. Askari satisfied the conditions to receive those funds last week I think.... they announced settlement of those funds yesterday.

    this isn't cross promotion.
