A big reason that companies go public and list on the ASX is to raise capital via public share offerings.
This is often expensive and always involves a lot of required public disclosures and scrutiny.
AKP has never done this.

All the shares held on the companys share register were initially issued off market by FB and passed through the hands of people he knows.
It's the only area of the company where money has ever been made - a lot of money.

Regardless of the angle you choose to view AKP, you can't avoid the smell. All shareholders can do is pinch their nose, hold their breathe and close their eyes.
