    In the early days Fred would loan the company money and then have it paid back whenever he issued new shares.
    In 2022 he issued shares to himself to cover some of his loans.

    Now he's having to lend money continuously with no way of having it repaid.

    Re the convertible notes, "option" is the operative word. Remember last time at least 2 of the holders took the option to grab back their money and run.
